The Supporters Trust are delighted to announce that the next fans forum meeting, AN EVENING WITH AN OAKWELL LEGEND, will be held on Tuesday 21st February.  The meeting will be held at the Legends Suite at Oakwell and will start at 7.00pm.  

The Guest Speaker, often known affectionately as Mr Barnsley, was once introduced to Sir Alex Ferguson. "Of course I know who you are," said Ferguson. "You're more famous than me!" So, that's official then. The  Barnsley stalwart is not just an Oakwell institution - he's bigger than Fergie.

In an incredible 65+ years at the club he has been a goalkeeper making 131 appearances between 1947 and 1952, coach, assistant manager, groundsman, physiotherapist and kit manager.

We look forward to welcoming Norman "Rimmo" Rimmington, who can tell a few stories and this will be a very popular meeting.

The meeting is open to all Barnsley Supporters and Guests, admittance to the meeting is just £2.00 and there is a licensed bar.  Members of the Supporters Trust can get free admittance on production of their membership card.  New members and renewals will be welcome on the night.
