The Disabled Supporters group at Barnsley FC are an active part of the fan base of the football club, attending both home and away games. However, due to other commitments, they are struggling to find able-bodied help we need to make it possible to attend away games so much so that we could well be in a situation later in the year when some of them cant travel to the games.

The help needed is mainly a case of helping people from A to B into the Ground and to the toilets and also helping with Drinks one of the guys for example Drinks out of a Cup but through a straw so he needs the drink pouring out and then the Cup holding while he Drinks, so there is nothing physical apart from pushing the Wheelchair. As for the Ticketing Situation we very often but not always get cut priced Tickets very often on the Tickets it will say Disabled so much and Carer free in this case we always split the cost between the Disabled person and the carer so everybody benefits as opposed to buying a full priced adult Ticket.
