Junior MeetingsMeetings are usually held before selected home games at the academy facilities which can be found at the end of Grove Street, near the away stand at Oakwell. Meetings are advertised on the website, via email, in the Barnsley Chronicle and on posters located around the ground. Events include penalty shoot outs, 5-a side football, quizes and a chance to meet members of the Barnsley FC first team squad. For more details contact Steve Croft or Alan Bloore |

Away Match Ticket OfferWith the support of the football club, we have again this season joined the Junior Supporters Away Ticket initiative. The aim of this initiative is that we are given 25 pairs (1 adult + 1 Junior) of free tickets for the away games. In return Barnsley FC will reciprocate the offer to the opposition. To date the following fixtures are ear marked for this initiative. To take advantage of this offer you must be a member of the Supporters Trust (both Junior and parent/carer). Further matches may be announced on the website
There may also be the opportunity to become the Barnsley FC Mascot at these games. This is strictly limited to one mascot per game. For more details again contact Alan for more details. The Supporters Trust plan to run a coach to the away matches and would encourage you to use this facility if you live within 25 miles of Oakwell. . We hope that by doing this we will encourage a closer community within the Oakwell Juniors and ensure that the trip becomes an enjoyable and fun day out and that you meet new friends. . The Oakwell Juniors are the junior group of the Barnsley FC Supporters Trust.
Membership of the Oakwell Juniors is open to all Juniors up to the age of 16. Membership of the Oakwell Juniors is Just £4.00 per year.
